Welcome to SuiVision (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"), a product of BlockVision. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SuiVision.

By accessing the Site or using our services, including connecting your digital wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please cease using the Site immediately.

  • Services: SuiVision provides a comprehensive explorer, data visualization, and analytics platform for the Sui network.
  • No Registration: We do not provide user accounts or registration modules. You can access the Site's features without providing an email address or personal identity.
  • Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not barred from using the services under any applicable laws.

3. Wallet Connection and Security

To access certain features (such as portfolio tracking or personalized dashboards), you may be required to connect a third-party, non-custodial digital wallet (e.g., Slush, Phantom, etc.).

  • Non-Custodial: SuiVision is a non-custodial interface. We never have access to, nor do we store, your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. You agree that SuiVision shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your wallet or loss of digital assets.
  • Third-Party Providers: Your use of a wallet is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective wallet provider.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, its code, proprietary data analytics, and all content (text, graphics, logos) are owned by BlockVision or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, replicate, or commercialize our data without express written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local or international law.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or bypass any security measures of the Site.
  • Use automated systems (robots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the Site for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
